At Hasibu Technologies Limited (“Hasibu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide reliable and efficient business management solutions to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we process refunds for subscription payments made via:
✅ Card Payments via DPO (Network Group)
✅ MPESA Express via Safaricom Daraja API
By subscribing to Hasibu, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Terms
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
- Hasibu operates on a monthly subscription basis, meaning that once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for:
✅ Unused time in an active billing cycle.
✅ Failure to cancel before renewal.
✅ Service unavailability due to user-side issues (e.g., ISP/network issues, incorrect setup).
3. Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction by contacting Hasibu Support via:

Hasibu will review your claim and, if an error is confirmed, issue a corrective refund or credit adjustment at its discretion.
4. Chargebacks & MPESA Reversals
- Unauthorized chargebacks or MPESA reversal requests without prior communication with Hasibu may result in account suspension.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to relevant financial authorities.
5. Subscription Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their subscription anytime via their Hasibu account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
6. Service Downtime & Compensation
- While Hasibu ensures 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for third-party service disruptions (e.g., DPO, MPESA, banking network issues).
Compensation for downtime-related issues will be determined on a case-by-case basis at Hasibu’s discretion.
